Incredible Dwellings is a small Interior Design, Home Staging, and Floral business located in Salt Lake City. Founded by Eleanor Ramirez in 2016, we are a team of 6 hard-working employees dedicated to providing exceptional design services to our clients. We also have a furniture store, where we showcase our design style and product selection.

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate Interior Design Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling all stages of the design project, from communicating with clients and trade partners, creating renderings and mood boards, product selection, and installation. You will also assist our staging team on occasion with stages and destages. In addition to interior design work, the candidate will be expected to contribute to various project types including showroom styling and staging planning and installation.

Responsibilities:

  • Create renderings, mood boards, and presentations for design projects.
  • Communicate with current and prospective clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and review contracts with clients.
  • Communicate with vendors, contractors, and other team members to ensure the timely and successful completion of projects.
  • Assist with staging projects, including planning and installation.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in rendering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or Chief Architect.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Cloud, or Canva.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift heavy furniture and handle occasional labor-intensive days.
  • Must have a car and may occasionally have to drive to project sites.
  • Mush have a computer.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
