What you'll be doing
*You'll provide context and perspective to the Product Managers designing and prioritizing features for the company's products. You'll research industry questions, summarize findings from insurance manuals and publications from professional organizations or regulatory bodies.
*You'll help implementation teams understand and interpret requirements provided by insurers. You'll be the expert that customers, engineering, QA, support, sales and other groups turn to for answers.
*You'll collaborate with sponsors to determine feature scope and vision, proposing solutions for representing Japanese content in the company's products and identifying platform gaps.
*To support application feature design, you'll create sample policies, claims and other relevant data and validate test results. You'll also act as a subject matter expert for customers implementing Japanese local content.

What you'll need
*Bilingual Japanese and English skills
*Knowledge of P&C / Non-life insurance
*A background in business consulting
