Job Description

The Inside Sales role in Tokyo focuses on driving sales growth within the industrial and manufacturing industry by fostering customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities. This permanent position requires a proactive and organized professional who thrives in a sales-driven environment.

Description

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
* Identify and qualify new sales opportunities within the industrial and manufacturing market.
* Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
* Collaborate with the field sales team to ensure alignment on customer strategies.
* Manage and update the CRM system to track sales activities and pipeline progress.
* Provide accurate sales forecasts and meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide solutions to meet their requirements.
* Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions.

Profile

A successful Inside Sales professional should have:

* A proven track record in sales, ideally within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage effectively with clients.
* Experience using CRM tools to manage customer data and sales pipelines.
* The ability to work independently while collaborating with a broader sales team.
* A detail-oriented mindset to ensure accurate reporting and follow-up.
* Fluency in both Japanese and English to communicate with diverse stakeholders.
* A genuine interest in the industrial and manufacturing industry.
