En travaillant avec nos clients nous concevons des programmes personnalisés qui relient toutes les parties en utilisant une approche ciblée, qui offre le programme le plus simple et le plus efficace axé sur l’expérience du patient.

Nous recrutons un(e) Infirmier/ Infirmière pour fournir les soins à domicile à nos patients situés en Gaspésie (QC) et dans les régions avoisinantes . Cette opportunité occasionnelle est une excellente façon de gagner un revenu supplémentaire. Vous serez en mesure de coordonnez les visites avec les patients en fonction de votre horaire et de celui des patients. Le candidat idéal doit avoir une expérience en administration des injections.

Responsabilités:

• Phlébotomie.
• Administrer des infusions et des injections à domicile et assurer la formation et la supervision de l'utilisation des dispositifs d'auto-injection.
• Fixer les rendez-vous directement avec les patients ou avec les soignants désignés.
• Effectuer les visites au domicile du patient ou dans un autre lieu approuvé.
• Assurer le suivi nécessaire des visites des patients.
• Remplir les dossiers requis dans les délais impartis, à l'aide de notre système propriétaire automatisé.
• Signaler tout événement indésirable éventuel dans les 24 heures.
• Remplir les autres tâches requises pour le poste.

Qualifications et Expérience:

• Permis d'infirmier valide auprès de l'OIIQ ou de l'OIIAQ.
• Certification valide en RCR.
• Au moins deux ans d'expérience pratique en soins infirmiers après l'obtention du diplôme.
• Capacité à travailler de façon autonome pour organiser, prioriser et planifier les visites des patients en fonction de leur disponibilité.
• Excellentes aptitudes à la communication écrite et orale en français.
• Excellentes compétences en matière de documentation et souci du détail.
• Excellentes compétences en matière de gestion du temps.
• Excellentes compétences en matière de service à la clientèle dans les relations avec les patients, les professionnels de la santé et le personnel de l'industrie.
• Le candidat doit disposer d'un bureau à domicile (ordinateur, connexion internet, téléphone portable).
• Avoir un permis de conduire valide et posséder une voiture assurée.

Calian Patient Support Program specializes in the design and implementation of comprehensive Patient Support Programs (PSP) that enhance the patient's experience throughout their treatment journey. Working with our clients, we design customized Programs that connect all parties using a targeted approach, which delivers the simplest and most effective Program focused on the patient's experience.

Calian Patient Support Program is currently recruiting experienced Nurses to provide in-home support to our patients in Gaspésie (QC) and surrounding areas . This is a great casual/part-time opportunity to supplement your existing income! In this role, you will be able to schedule appointments with your patients as it fits both your and their schedules. The ideal candidate will have experience with injection administration.

Responsibilities:

• Administer in-home infusions and injections, and provide educational training and supervision in the use of auto-injection and self-injection devices.
• Phlebotomy.
• Schedule appointments directly with patients or with designated caregivers.
• Complete visits at the patient's home or other approved location.
• Provide any follow-up as needed for patient visits.
• Complete required charting in a timely fashion, using our highly automated proprietary system.
• Report any possible adverse events within 24 hours.
• Fulfill other duties as required for the position.

Qualifications and experience:

• Valid RN license with OIIQ or OIIAQ.
• Valid CPR certification.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on, post-graduation, nursing experience.
• Must be able to work independently to organize, prioritize and schedule patient visits according to patient availability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Excellent customer service skills in dealing with patients, health professionals, and industry personnel.
• Must have established home office (including computer, internet connection, mobile phone).
• Must have a valid driver’s license and must own an insured car.
