Industrial Electrician Responsibilities:

• Carrying out routine preventive maintenance to catch issues before they start
• Teaming up with colleagues for smooth equipment installs and repairs
• Testing electrical systems and machinery to ensure everything runs like a dream
• Building or modifying circuits and electronic components based on detailed specs
• Swapping out worn or broken parts to get machines back online
• Reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and manuals to guide accurate installations

Industrial Electrician Qualifications:

• Licensed Electrician with 3–5 years of experience in an industrial environment
• Must hold a valid 309A or 442A license
• Strong troubleshooting skills across a variety of equipment including punch presses, MIG/spot/robotic welders, and hydraulic systems
• Confident working with PLCs, press controls, resistance welders, safety circuits, building power systems, and robots
• Comfortable working at heights as needed
• Natural problem-solver with solid technical instincts
• Physically capable of handling heavy lifting
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
• Clear and effective communication skills
