The Role

• Negotiate with customers - Develop close working relationships with internal customers
• Achieve relevant KPIs - Develop purchasing and cost reduction strategies - Develop purchasing and cost reduction strategies to contribute to the company's finances - Review the market and conduct RFIs/RFPs/RFQs and bids - Make a positive financial impact through cost reduction
• Bidding and RFI/RFP/RFQ Implementation - Gather necessary information from internal stakeholders, prepare appropriate documents, and manage schedules - Realize cost savings
• Supplier Management - Ensure suppliers are evaluated according to internal quality and evaluation guidelines and documentation is properly stored and filed - Ensure framework agreements are applied to suppliers to ensure our risks are protected
• Procurement Compliance - Ensure that procurement compliance is followed in the supplier selection, evaluation, and negotiation process; ensure that review of purchase requisitions is managed to avoid overburdening

Your Skills

• Experience in direct or indirect purchasing, including vendor sourcing and negotiations
• Business level English proficiency (TOEIC score of 800 is a good target)
