They operate a large-scale manufacturing facility in Japan and are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HSE Head to lead their HSE program. The company is known for its innovative approach to manufacturing and its dedication to creating a positive and supportive work environment.■Role & ResponsibilitiesYou will be the driving force behind all HSE initiatives at our client's Narita plant. You will champion a strong safety culture, ensuring regulatory compliance, and continuously improving HSE performance. You will partner with site leadership to integrate HSE into all operations, directly impacting the safety and well-being of hundreds of employees and contractors. 求められる経験
■Requirements
・Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Safety Management, Engineering, or a related field.
・Minimum of 4 years of experience in HSE roles within a manufacturing environment.
・Proven experience leading HSE programs and driving cultural change.
・In-depth knowledge of Japanese HSE regulations and international standards (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
・Strong leadership and influencing skills with the ability to engage cross-functional teams.
・Excellent problem-solving, risk assessment, and decision-making capabilities.
・Effective communication skills in Japanese and English.
・Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
・Relevant HSE certifications (e.g., CSP) are highly desirable.
・Experience working with multinational organizations is a plus.
