We are currently hiring a full time experienced Concierge for Stantec Tower.

Job Skills/Requirements

Hospitality Front Desk experience preferred

• Minimum of 2 years Customer Service e xperience

• Ability to complete detailed reports daily

• Experience in handling emergency situations

• Experience using Computers

. Access control duties and CCTV Monitoring

• Ability to enforce property rules and regulations

• Ability to remain calm and professional at all times

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Must be alert and observant at all times

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Conflict Resolution Skills

• Must be physically capable of performing ALL duties (including able to sit, stand or walk for extended periods of time)

Certification Requirements

Ability to attend Security Licence

First Aid/CPR
