海外に関するトピックのメディア担当業務をお任せします。
具体的には、広報計画の策定から実行（プレスリリース作成）、国内外のメディア対応（メディア取材アレンジ）。
また海外市場の現地販売代理店が行う現地メディアコミュニケーションの支援も担当します。
広報担当として様々なプロジェクトに関わるため、役員室、海外販売本部、生産や開発など多くの部署や、海外販売会社とのネットワークが構築できることから、広報以外のキャリアパスの可能性が高いポジションになります。

【主な業務内容】
（１）海外市場のメディア対応支援
各国市場の広報活動をサポート

（２）広報資料の作成
国際的な話題に関するプレスリリース、Q A、公式声明の企画・作成

（３）メディアとの関係構築・対応
・海外メディアとのインタビューアレンジ
・日本メディアからの海外関連の問い合わせ対応

（４）メディア訪問の企画・運営
・海外メディアの日本訪問時のインタビュー、工場見学、試乗会の手配
・日本メディアの海外訪問の調整

（５）英語コピーライティング・翻訳サポート
・日本語から英語への資料翻訳およびコピーライティング
・メディア向けの簡易通訳（日本語／英語）

This position involves media relations for topics related to our overseas operations. Specifically you will be responsible for developing and executing media communication plans （including creating press release） and handling media relations both Japan and international markets （including arranging media interviews）. Additionally you will support local sales agents in overseas markets with their local media communications. As a media communication specialist spokesperson you will be involved in various projects which will allow you to build a network with many departments
such as the executive office international sales production and production as well as overseas sales companies.
This position offers excellent opportunities for career advancement beyond media communications.

Scope of responsibilities includes:
1. Support int'l markets with their media communications
Supporting other markets with their media communications

2. Creating the press releases QAs and statement
Planning and creating the press releases QAs and official statement about int’l topics

3. Building and maintaining relationships with media
Coordinating and arranging interviews for int’l media responding to requests from Japan media for interviews or inquiries about int’l topics

4. Planning and arranging int’l media visit to Japan Japanese media visit to int’l markets
Arranging interview plant tour and test drive for int’l media when they visit to Japan

5. English copywriting support
Copywriting English for materials translated from Japanese
Translating materials into English/Japanese
Providing casual interpreting support for media （Japanese/English）

キャリアレベル	中途経験者レベル
英語レベル	流暢
日本語レベル	ネイティブ
最終学歴	大学卒： 学士号
現在のビザ	日本での就労許可が必要です

スキル・資格

【必須要件】
PR分野（企業または代理店）またはジャーナリズム分野での3年以上の経験
ネイティブレベルの英語とビジネスレベルの日本語
優れたコミュニケーション能力と人間関係構築能力
信頼性が高く、必要に応じて複数のタスクを同時に処理し、期限内に作業を完了できる能力

【歓迎要件】
自動車業界での勤務経験
大手グローバル企業での勤務経験
経営層のステークホルダーとの業務経験

Required Skills/Experience
3 years+ professional experience in PR （in house or agency） or journalism
Native level English and business level Japanese
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable structured able to multitask and work to tight deadlines when necessary

Desired Skills/Experience
Experience working in the automotive sector
Experience working for a large global company
Experience working with executive level stakeholders
