WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Everyday Design & Concept Development

  • Develop creative concepts and produce high-quality graphic design assets for digital, print, and branding materials, and campaigns.
  • Design logos, brochures, websites, signage, and social media assets while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with the multimedia and creative teams to ensure the cohesive visual development of campaigns and projects.
  • Refine and iterate design concepts based on client feedback or internal requests.

Print Design & Special Finishes

  • Lead the design and production of print materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, packaging, and corporate identity systems.
  • Create and prepare files for special print finishes, such as embossing, foiling, spot UV, die-cutting, and other premium effects.
  • Work closely with print vendors to ensure accurate color reproduction and that all production files meet technical specifications.
  • Stay up-to-date on printing trends and techniques, ensuring designs push the boundaries of print media.

Project & Production Management

  • Manage your design timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
  • Oversee your production process, ensuring designs are accurately implemented in digital and print formats.
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales, to ensure designs are aligned with overall campaign goals and branding strategies.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED?

  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing print and digital design work.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with XD is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of print production processes, including prepress, file preparation, and special printing finishes.
  • Solid understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of creativity, problem-solving skills, and design aesthetics.
