Job Overview:

We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (French/English) to join our team. In this role, you will handle inbound customer inquiries , process orders and billing , and ensure accurate data entry into our system. The ideal candidate is fluent in both French and English , detail-oriented, and experienced in customer service and order processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound customer calls in both French and English.
• Process customer orders and billing transactions accurately in the system.
• Provide product and service information while addressing customer inquiries.
• Troubleshoot and resolve order-related issues in a professional manner.
• Maintain customer records and ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with other departments to support order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
• Previous experience in customer service, order processing, or billing .
• Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy .
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills .
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with order management systems is an asset.
