## **What We’re Looking For**

We need a **professional, strategic, and highly organized** social media expert to:

✔ Develop and **execute a strategic content plan** aligned with our brand voice.

✔ Manage **LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube** with a focus on audience growth and engagement.

✔ **Create polished, high-quality visuals** using Canva (or similar tools).

✔ **Edit engaging video content** for Reels, Shorts, and YouTube.

✔ **Schedule and optimize content** using platforms like Later, Planable, or similar tools.

✔ **Analyze performance metrics** to refine and improve content strategies.

✔ **Maintain brand consistency and elevate our presence** across all platforms.

### **Required Qualifications:**

**Proven experience** managing and growing professional social media accounts (preferably in real estate or a service-based business).

**Exceptional writing skills** with the ability to craft engaging, professional content.

**Proficiency in graphic design** (Canva, Photoshop, or equivalent).

**Strong video editing skills** (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or equivalent).

**Understanding of social media analytics** and how to optimize for engagement.

**Professionalism and attention to detail** – sloppy work or casual applications will not be considered.

**Preferred but Not Required:**

✔ Experience with **SEO-optimized blog writing**.

✔ **Familiarity with WordPress** for minor website updates.
