As the company expands into Japan and the Asia-Pacific region, it is seeking a strategic finance leader to guide global planning and decision-making.

The Role

Strategic Planning & Forecasting

• Lead company-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning.
• Build scalable financial models to support growth, new product initiatives, and business scenarios.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales and Operations) to align financial plans with company goals.

Performance Analysis

• Monitor financial performance by analyzing variances between actuals, budget, and forecast.
• Deliver monthly and quarterly financial reports and KPIs to senior leadership and board members.
• Identify risks and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions.

Operational Finance & Insights

• Develop cost optimization strategies, especially within R&D and cloud infrastructure spend.
• Support pricing and go-to-market strategies with financial and ROI analysis.
• Oversee financial planning tools and systems to ensure data accuracy and reporting efficiency.

Team Leadership

• Build and manage a high-performing FP&A team.
• Drive a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and financial discipline.

Your Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 8-12+ years of progressive finance experience, including at least 3 years in a senior FP&A role.
• Experience in a technology industry or software related environment is highly preferred
• Strong business acumen, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to influence executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
