■Company Profile

• We are the Japanese subsidiary of a global healthcare company. It operates globally with a focus on pharmaceuticals, providing innovative products and services in numerous countries. In recent years, the company has strengthened its business foundation in the Japanese market and has several manufacturing and commercial bases. In anticipation of future growth and organizational restructuring, we are looking for core personnel in the finance area.

■The Role

• Management of accounting and finance for multiple corporations, monthly and annual closing (IFRS/JGAAP compliant)
• Management of a multi-person team
• Internal control and audit support, oversight of tax processing
• Control of manufacturing sites, cost accounting, budget management and variance analysis
• Promoting ERP implementation and business process improvement
• Coordination and collaboration with headquarters and regional offices using English Reporting
• Standardization of accounting and finance for business integration and reorganization

■Your Skills

• 10+ years of accounting and finance experience or controller experience in the manufacturing industry
• Experience managing a team of several people
• Fluent level of Japanese, business level of English

■Salary

• 8 million yen - 12 million yen
