The Role

• Support the improvement of forecasting accuracy and reporting efficiency by developing and enhancing financial and operational models, tools, and dashboards using advanced Excel, Power BI, and similar platforms.
• Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial plans, budgets, rolling forecasts, and monthly management reports, providing insights on trends, variances, and performance drivers.
• Develop analytical reporting and visualization tools to enable informed decision-making by senior leadership, including scenario analysis and identification of potential risks and opportunities.
• Conduct segment and customer-level analysis to understand performance variances and recommend corrective actions or strategic alternatives.
• Collaborate with Finance teams to support corporate initiatives such as capital planning, variance analysis, and implementation of best-in-class reporting practices.

Your Skills

• Fluent Japanese and conversational English
• 3+ years of financial planning and analysis experience
