The Role

• Play an active role in shaping the company's annual budget and quarterly forecasts.
• Liaise with various departments to collect relevant data, challenge key assumptions, and ensure inputs are robust and accurate.
• Analyze variances and translate findings into actionable business insights.
• Partner with teams across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Technology to align financial insights with strategic goals.
• Drive efficiency by identifying and implementing automation opportunities within reporting and analysis processes.
• Upgrade existing financial tools, models, and systems to enhance forecasting precision and data reliability.

Your Skills

• Minimum of 5 years in FP&A or commercial finance roles.
• Fluency in both Japanese and English for professional business use.
• Expertise in Excel and building sophisticated financial models.
• Strong analytical skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

Salary

• 7 million yen - 9 million yen
