The Role

• Leads the overall financial strategy, accounting operations, and planning processes. Oversees budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance. Ensures accurate and timely accounting in line with regulatory standards. Manages finance and accounting teams, supports strategic decision-making, and drives initiatives to improve financial performance and control.

Y our Skills

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles (e.g., IFRS, GAAP) and financial reporting
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning & analysis (FP&A)
• Strategic thinking with strong business acumen
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Experience in managing audits, tax compliance, and regulatory reporting
• Leadership and team management capabilities
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven track record of driving process improvements and cost control
• CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification preferred
