Job Description

This Finance Associate opportunity at a well-established global semiconductor company. The role offers full-remote, flexible hours, a supportive team culture, and great work-life balance. You'll handle AP/AR and finance tasks while working closely with APAC Finance team.

Description

* Process and manage Accounts Payable (AP) transactions
* Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
* Reconcile accounting discrepancies in coordination with internal teams
* Support month-end reporting and financial operations
* Handle cash-related tasks, including petty cash and routine payments
* Assist with loaned equipment management and related billing/shipping coordination
* Oversee domestic and international shipments of financial documents and spare parts
* Manage finance-related administrative duties (e.g., postage, revenue stamps, vendor payments)
* Contribute to internal finance initiatives and support the Japan Service Solutions Organization

Profile

A successful Finance Associate should have:

* Basic understanding of finance, accounting, or related disciplines
* Reading and writing in English
* Fluent in Japanese
* Proficient in PC operations, especially Excel (advanced functions preferred)
* Familiarity with accounting standards and relevant tax regulations
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Effective communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to communicate clearly and promptly with external business partners.
