Join our dynamic team as a Temporary Field Ticket Administrator for a 4-month contract in Calgary! You'll manage daily field tickets, accurately enter hours, and handle chargeable equipment for sub-contractors and employees. Be a key player in our People & Culture Department!

As our Field Ticket Administrator, you will be responsible to:

• Review daily transactions for validity and accuracy.
• Enter Daily Field Tickets into GP Dynamics and Doc Link, and update/create templates in Excel.
• Address and resolve Field Ticket issues promptly with employees.
• Perform weekly reviews of employee hours, verifying overtime and duplicate tickets.
• Update and manage employee profiles based on HR documentation, ensuring all adjustments before finalizing payroll.

Qualifications Required:

• 1-2 years' experience in similar administrative role
• Postsecondary certificate or diploma in Administration, or a related field is an asset
• Must have solid experience with Microsoft 365 services.
