また、ニーズに合った製品のデモンストレーションを行い、製品の特徴や利点を説明し製品の使

用に関して顧客に技術サポートを提供し、問題解決を支援する。

既存顧客との関係を維持し、継続的なサポートを提供する。

市場動向や競合製品を分析し、販売戦略を立案し、新規顧客を特定し、関係を構築する。

Day to Day Responsibilities

• 顧客の技術的なニーズを理解し、最適なソリューションを提案する。

• 製品デモンストレーションおよび技術サポートを提供する。

• 事業部とも連携をとり、取扱製品のvalue propを確立し、talking pointを整理する。

• 新製品について、市場調査を行い、情報を整理し関係部署に共有する。

• 競合メーカーの情報を入手し、報告し戦略決定に役立てる。

• 展示会活動をサポート及びリードする。

Problem Solving/Decision Making

• 営業と一体となり、問題に対して解決策を策定する。

• 顧客情報の正確な把握し営業販売戦略の立案をサポートする。

• ビジネス戦略を理解し、それをMBOや職務に関連つける。

【必須要件】

・バイオサイエンス業界での職務経験（3年以上）

・TOEIC730点以上

・パソコンスキル（Excel, Word, PowerPoint）

【尚可要件】

・テクニカルサポート的な仕事経験

・製品購入の動機づけ等営業のサポート
