■The Role
After completing training in Japan and overseas, you will be responsible for the following

• General factory management (labor management, quality & cost control, health & safety, environmental conservation, SCM operations, local human resource development, etc.)
• Review, planning and implementation of production strategies for local subsidiaries
• Response to problems, planning and implementation management of corrective measures (including reporting to the head office for important cases) Planning and implementation management of cost reduction measures
• Director duties of local subsidiaries (depending on the situation)

Overall management of local production

・Placement will be in a location where an experienced person (production engineer) from a factory in Japan can be stationed and receive support from him or her.

■Your Skills
Required Requirements* We are looking for candidates regardless of industry
- Experience working with manufacturing and production equipment
- Experience stationed overseas
- At least 2 years of experience managing a manufacturing plant
- English proficiency (TOEIC score of 600 approx.)
- University degree or higher

■Salary: 7 - 14 million yen

■Location: Tokyo
