Perform safety and security checks. Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies. Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair. Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures. Work with minimal supervision. Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas. Operate forklift.
