Job Description :

• Lead all UX design processes (from research, concept design, to implementation) Formulate and operate design strategies, information design, wireframes, and design systems for web and mobile apps
• Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes based on user insights
• Plan and implement user surveys and usability tests
• Explain and propose design intent to clients and internal stakeholders Collaborate with overseas teams, engineers, strategists,
• Researchers Support and manage design thinking workshops and prototyping sessions Mentor, review, and support the growth of young UX designers

Qualifications :

• Experience in UX design for websites and mobile apps (iOS/Android) (5+ years)
• Skills in designing wireframes, user flows, and prototyping
• Experience using design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote, etc.
• Experience building and operating design systems
• Ability to make proposals and presentations to clients in Japanese
• Experience leading projects and teams, even on a small scale

Preferred Skills

• Experience using Sketch, Miro, Office365
• Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
• Experience collaborating with engineers on development projects
• Business-level English (able to collaborate with overseas members and clients)

Japanese languages: Fluent level Japanese required and business-level English
