Sunny Setia is an entrepreneur who is looking for a full-time executive & personal assistant with Bookkeeping Skills in order to communicate with his accounting team and also perform bookkeeping duties.
His business interests are in the automotive and education industry.
We are looking for an Executive Assistant who is passionate about this role. You will be in direct contact with our CEO, Sunny Setia who is looking for his right hand person.

It is required you have a minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Bookkeeper & Executive Assistant or have worked in a similar capacity, IE: your own business or have equal experience.
Ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software are a definite must have as we transition to a paperless economy.
Strong organizational skills, high energy with a "can do" attitude along with a pro-active mindset backed with problem-solving and impeccable multi-tasking abilities will absolutely be necessary in this role.
Exceptional interpersonal skills as you will be dealing with clients, suppliers and upper management in various situations.
Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients, organizing paper work, communicating with accountants, bookkeepers, clients, and much more.
Must have a reliable vehicle and be willing to travel to downtown Vancouver at times and may be required to work some evenings and weekends.
