Annual Salary: 8  million and above

Qualification:

• Min. 8 years of experience as an ERP Functional Consultant or Business Analyst
• Liaise with Japanese and international business stakeholders to analyze, document, and validate business requirements
• Conduct Fit-Gap analysis between business needs and ERP system capabilities (especially IFS Applications)
• Model and optimize business processes (especially upstream manufacturing processes such as planning, procurement, production, and inventory)
• Configure and support IFS Applications or other ERP solutions based on functional designs
• Translate functional requirements into technical documentation and specifications
• Lead or support testing phases (SIT/UAT), data migration, and end-user training
• Work closely with global and local teams to ensure delivery aligns with business expectations and local compliance
• Prepare bilingual documentation (Japanese and English) including user manuals, process maps, and SOPs
• Willingness to undergo structured online and in-person training in Denmark (8 weeks)

Desirable Skills:

• Exposure to IFS Applications (Cloud or On-Premises)
• Familiarity with modules like Manufacturing, SCM, Projects, FSM
• Tools like Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN for process mapping
• Understanding of PLM, MES, CRM, or BI integrations

Japanese Language : Japanese Business level (N2) and Business level English
