定期点検計画の立案・実施、消耗部品の交換・清掃・給油などの予防保全作業
2. 事後保全・トラブル対応
設備故障の一次切り分け・原因分析、緊急対応、復旧作業の実施、再発防止策の提案
3. 設備改善・効率向上
稼働率（ OEE ）向上、稼働改善
4. 予備品・資材管理
交換部品の在庫管理、修理業者や部品メーカーとの調整、コスト管理・最適化
5. 安全衛生・コンプライアンス対応
設備の安全基準の遵守、文書管理（点検記録・設備マニュアルの作成・更新）
6. その他
新設備導入、立上げサポート
必須要件（ Must ）
1. 製造設備の基礎知識（電気、機械、制御）
2. 工具の使用経験（レンチ、ドライバー、テスターなど）
3. チームでのコミュニケーション能力
設備保全の実務経験、 TPM 活動・改善活動の経験
