Entry-Level Sales Opener

About the Role:
FreshTax is looking for energetic and goal-driven individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Sales Openers . In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for individuals seeking help with their tax debt. Your job is to connect with potential clients, qualify their needs, and set them up with our Tax Debt Settlement Specialists who will guide them through the resolution process.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to get their foot in the door with a growing company, gain valuable sales experience, and build a long-term career.

What You’ll Do:

• Make outbound calls to individuals who have expressed interest in tax relief assistance;
• Ask qualifying questions to understand their situation and determine eligibility;
• Provide a friendly and professional first impression;
• Maintain accurate notes and call logs in our CRM system;
• Work closely with the sales team to support overall performance and team goals;

What You Bring:

• A positive, outgoing attitude and strong work ethic;
• Great communication and listening skills;
• Confidence on the phone and ability to build rapport quickly;
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment;
• No sales experience required—just a desire to succeed;
• Basic computer skills and comfort navigating software tools;
