Entry Level Painter Location Regina, SK :

Job Summary We are seeking a painter to join our team. No experience is required as I offer in-house training. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong time management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. As a Painter, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality finishes on various surfaces while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Duties

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and caulking as necessary.
• Apply paint, stain, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
• Read and interpret planners to determine the scope of work required.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the duration of projects.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and preferences professionally.
• Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines without compromising quality.

Requirements

• Own a vehicle with a valid driver's licence
• Can work full-time starting Mid-April
• Willing to learn new skills
• Coachable
• Eager to enhance the business
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools related to painting tasks.
• Ability to read Planners and follow detailed instructions accurately.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
• A background in carpentry is a plus but not required.
• Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
