Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of communication strategies and campaigns.
- Create, edit, and distribute internal and external communications including newsletters, press releases, and social media content.
- Monitor and report on social media engagement and analytics to inform future strategies.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather information and highlight company achievements and updates.
- Maintain and update the company website and social media profiles to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Support the planning and organization of events, meetings, and promotional activities.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in social media platforms and content creation tools.
- Familiarity with basic graphic design software is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
