Job Description

The role involves defining, maintaining, and implementing project management standards, governance frameworks, and best practices across the organization. It also requires enabling executive decision-making through data-driven insights, fostering stakeholder relationships, and mentoring project managers.

Description

* Support executive decision-making with project and financial data, improving data quality.
* Build trust and relationships with key leaders.
* Define and optimize tools for large-scale portfolio management.
* Develop and enhance project governance frameworks (processes, templates, documentation).
* Drive organizational change by implementing project management best practices.
* Mentor, guide, and train project managers.
* Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders across the company.

Profile

* Experience in Project Management
* Experience with Project Management governance definition, writing, and improvement
* Comfortable with teaching, coaching people, and creating material for it
* Leadership skills and the ability to influence and inspire teams

Job Offer

* Working time: 09:00-17:30
* Hybrid working style
