Our expectations
We are looking for someone who is customer focused and enjoys analyzing data. We are looking to expand our Digital Operations team who is responsible for enhancing customer journey including BOPIS (buy online, pick up in store), inventory management, fulfillment options, delivery optimization, returns, post-purchase experience and buffer stock opportunities.
Your role :
- Improve the customer journey by optimizing product health, ensuring items have the right fulfillment and owning the post journey workflow.
- Monitor the performance of online operations to make recommendations for business efficiencies by establishing KPIs, and providing regular updates to leadership + partners
- Partner with the Fulfillment Manager, the Dropship Manager + the MDM Manager, to understand efficiency opportunities, and optimize the online customer experience
- Analyze customer feedback for continuous website improvement, providing recommendations to partners
- This role will be dynamic, constantly looking for new opportunities to optimize the business
The qualifications we are looking for :
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance or related field
- 3-5 years experience in digital / ecommerce, experience in retail an asset
- At least 3 years of experience working with web, digital, operations, or retail projects
- Excellent analytical skills and proven capability to generate actionable insights with a data-driven mindset
- Strong knowledge of eCommerce best practices and insights
- Strong interpersonal, influential , and communication skills (speaking, writing, presenting)
- Flexible, autonomous, and able to perform in an ambiguous, fast paced, changing environment.
- Detail-oriented; ability to manage multiple requests and follow up with others to make sure things get done.
