About the department
The Rare Disease (RareD) Marketing Department at Novo Nordisk Japan (NNPL) is at the forefront of driving impactful strategies for patients with rare diseases. Based in Tokyo, Japan, our team is dedicated to fostering innovation and collaboration in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. With a strong focus on cross-functional partnerships and a commitment to delivering life-changing solutions, we aim to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and their families. The role will report directly to Senior Director, Head of RareD Marketing.
The position
The Director, Rare Endocrine Disorders (RED) Marketing is a key role within Rare Disease Marketing with leadership of the growth hormone portfolio. He/she is responsible for development of brand strategy to deliver on financial goals. The role will partner effectively with Sales, Medical, Commercial Excellence, and other relevant internal functions on insight generation as well as tactical execution of brand plans. He/she will be responsible for coaching and development of marketing managers as direct reports.
