Director of Emergency Services | $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Location: Sanford, NC (On-Site)
Schedule: Full-Time
Salary: $110,000 - $125,000 + $10,000 Sign-On Bonus (paid quarterly in the first year)

Now Hiring: Director of Emergency Services in Sanford, NC

Our client is seeking an experienced Director of Emergency Services to lead and oversee clinical operations in their Emergency Department. If you are a licensed RN with leadership experience in an emergency setting, this is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact.

Must-Have Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)
Active RN license in North Carolina (or compact state)
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (American Heart Association)
Minimum of three years of supervisory experience (Manager level or higher) in an Emergency Department within the last five years

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

Master’s degree (MSN, MHA, etc.)
Experience working in a community hospital Emergency Department

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all clinical and procedural functions in the Emergency Department
Ensure compliance with policies, staffing, and patient safety standards
Manage department budget, resources, and patient throughput
Implement quality improvement initiatives and regulatory compliance measures
Lead staff development, training, and performance evaluations

About the Emergency Department:
Currently a 14-room facility, undergoing expansion to 20 rooms (expected completion: December 2025).
