Position: Digital Marketing Manager
Description:
As a Digital Marketing Manager at Air Apps, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns across multiple channels. You will oversee SEO, SEM, paid advertising, and digital content strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. This role requires a data-driven mindset, expertise in performance marketing, and the ability to create compelling digital campaigns that maximize ROI.
Responsibilities include: developing and executing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, optimizing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid acquisition channels, conducting keyword research and on-page optimization, analyzing campaign performance metrics, collaborating with content and design teams, managing email marketing campaigns, staying updated on industry trends, and developing retargeting and customer segmentation strategies.
Requirements: Around 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth marketing.
Strong expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media platforms.
Experience with SEO tools (Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz) and keyword research strategies.
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, GA4, UTM tracking, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Experience with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and marketing automation tools.
Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize ad spend for ROAS and CAC.
Experience with email marketing and CRM tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo) is a plus.
Strong copywriting skills for ad creatives, landing pages, and social media campaigns.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with cross-functional teams.
