Position : Digital Marketing & Growth Strategist
Working Schedule : 4pm-12am GMT +7 ( Must have 2 hours of daily overlap with the team’s noon–8 pm schedule)
Salary Range :$2,500-$3,000 USD Monthly (the final salary will be determined by the candidate's level of experience and at the discretion of the client)

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own full-funnel growth: traffic → lead → reservation / ticket sale → repeat visit.
• Plan and manage campaign calendars for new menu launches, events, and venue take-overs.
• Drive UGC & influencer collaborations (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) to amplify brand reach.
• Build and optimize email + WhatsApp nurture flows (pre-visit hype, post-visit upsell, re-engagement).
• Produce or brief compelling ad creatives (static, video, motion graphics) and iterate based on ROAS.
• Run weekly growth-metrics stand-up: traffic, CAC, ROAS, LTV, booking conversion.
• Maintain the ClickUp marketing workspace (task board, campaign tracker, reporting dashboards).
• Test and integrate AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney / Runway, etc.) to speed up content ideation and variant testing.
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and leads.
• Plan and oversee the company's social media presence.
• Analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve ROI.
• Collaborate with internal teams (content, design, product) to create engaging content and campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

• 5 + years in performance-oriented digital marketing for hospitality, F&B or lifestyle brands.
• Advanced Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Klaviyo/Mailchimp, TikTok Ads, and basic HTML/CSS for email tweaks.
• Strong command of SEO & local search (GMB / Google Maps) for venue discovery.
• Recent hand-on experience and willingness to roll up sleeves to get the job done.
• Expert level Marketing knowledge and the ability to explain the how and why to your team.
• Proficient in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools, email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
• Social Media understanding and knowledge.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Preferred:

• Fluent written & spoken English; Spanish or Portuguese a plus.
• Bonus: experience with Sprout/Talkwalker for social listening, and Canva/Figma for quick creative edits.
