【必須条件】
・採用から退職における人事におけるビジネスプロセスの知識（採用、タレントマネジメントなど）、データ構造、ベストプラクティスのソリューションを導入した経験
・HCMシステム/プラットフォームの導入に関する知識と経験 設計、設定、テストの実施と、以下のいずれかの機能領域（Core HCM Recruiting Talent Management Learning or Security）において課題解決をリードした経験
・アプリケーション管理、運用後のサポートまたはHRIS運用サポートの経験
・ビジネスレベルの英語力：スピーキングとライティングいずれもビジネスレベル以上であり、英語での会議が問題なく行えること。
