As a Digital Experience Specialist, you contribute to digital profitable growth in your sales market, playing a critical role in securing the end to-end digital experience of our customers that drives brand perception, sales growth, and profitability.

In this role, you are responsible for the end-to-end experience of our owned digital transactional channels (.com and mobile web), driving daily planning and securing execution of a seamless customer journey across the full-funnel, from start page to final receipt.

The Digital Experience Specialist reports to the Digital Experience Manager in Japan.

What you will do:

  • Translate regional customer commercial plan into daily site activity plan that delivers strong commercial performance in line with brand direction.
  • Secures overall digital customer experience day-to-day including content publishing and segmentation for homepage, navigation, and all site communication in coordination with Digital Experience Manager, Marketing team and Ecom merchandisers.
  • Work closely with Global product team and external business partners to ensure product enrichment that products are presented at the right time in the right context to maximize selling.
  • Secure full funnel optimization of the holistic digital customer experience on .com & mobile web & marketplace.
  • Achieve sales and CX goals by creating the best shopping experience through content update, category optimization, and visual merchandising while always adhering to COS standards for quality.
  • Conduct analysis and utilize insight from data such as sales performance, web analytics, user behavioral insights, heatmapping, and A/B testing to generate hypothesis and identify actions to improve digital sales, profit, brand perception, and customer lifetime value.
  • Understand CX direction and adapt to the market - taking into consideration sales performance, customer engagement, local relevancy and stock situation, ensuring a strong brand experience and it is visually strong and commercial.

What you need to succeed

  • E-commerce background and previous experiences and proven track record driving digital commercial growth via conversion rate optimization.
  • Good understanding of how to optimize the digital customer experience for overall profitable growth, short and long-term.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Excel, and related data statistical software.
  • Data driven, with strong analytical capabilities and ability to synthesize data into insights and tangible actions.
  • Ability to translate visions, directions and frameworks into specific actions and improvements.
  • Ability to use own initiative and work as part of the team.
  • Fluent in English & Japanese language skills, both verbal & written to collaborate with local and global stakeholders.
