Position Overview:

The Digital and Email Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in developing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence, engage our target audience, and drive revenue growth.

The Digital and Email Marketing Manager will be accountable for the following duties:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of email marketing campaigns, including campaign ideation, setup, scheduling, and deployment using Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms.
  • Develop and execute email marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue.
  • Leverage data and technologies to build out comprehensive lead nurturing journeys.
  • Optimize digital advertising campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, display ads, paid social ads, and remarketing efforts to drive website traffic and conversions.
  • Engage in discussions with essential stakeholders to advance the existing CRM strategies, encompassing various aspects such as email and SMS strategies, tactics, and the deployment and assessment of our marketing automation platform.
  • Manage and grow subscriber database while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Identify segmentation strategies to personalize interactions and communications with relevant audience segments.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends and areas for improvement in email marketing strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for marketing automations.
  • Using KPI's and measurable metrics to create segmentation strategies, A/B testing of subject lines and content to drive higher open & click rates.
  • Create and continuously improve email campaigns, webforms & brand email templates.
  • Report, track and analyze campaign performance proving success in strategies and ROI.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute compelling content across digital channels.
  • Collaborate with the revenue management team to identify promotional opportunities to drive user acquisitions and bookings.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education:
    • Degree or diploma in marketing or related specialization preferred.
  • Experience:
    • 3+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably focused on email-marketing.
  • Skills and Abilities:
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Highly organized self-starter.
    • Team player with a positive attitude.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Solid knowledge of analytics & CRM tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Hubspot, GA4, Google Tag Manager).
    • Google Ads (search & display), Meta ads.
    • Strong creative and copy-writing skills.
    • Data-driven and proficiency in analytic tools.
    • Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
