Dealership Bookkeeper Location Laval, QC :

Notre responsable a un devoir d'être ponctuel et prêt à recevoir les tâches de la journée pour faciliter les opérations de la concession. Voici quelques tâches effectuer par le Responsable :

  • Ouvrir les dossier des véhicules acheter
  • S'assurer la réception des document de ses véhicule
  • Dispatcher les véhicules, s'assurer de leur réception.
  • Répondre par téléphone ou par courriel à nos fournisseurs
  • En charge des préparations de chèque
  • Le contact direct pour la SAAQ, enchères et autre compagnies
  • Numériser les documents de la concession
  • Et plus encore.

Our administrative responsible has a duty to be punctual and ready to receive the day's assignments to smooth the operations of the dealership. Here are some of the tasks performed by the Manager:

  • Open the files of the vehicles purchased
  • Ensure the reception of the documents of the vehicles
  • Dispatch the vehicles, ensure their reception.
  • Answer by phone or email to our suppliers
  • In charge of the preparation of cheques
  • Direct contact for the SAAQ, auctions and other companies
  • Digitize the documents of the dealership
  • And much more.
