この度当社は、クライアントとのビジネス基盤をさらに強固にすべく、小売店各社からのPOSデータの収集・品質管理を担う人員を募集いたします。

Job Description

Client Operationsにて、GfKローカル/グローバルのデータベースシステムを運用し、国内/グローバルの顧客へ提供する市場販売動向のデータベース製作を主導することがミッションです。具体的には下記のような業務をお願いいたします。

1. 小売業各社からのPOS販売データ収集管理、および収集したデータチェック(品質管理・効率化の推進)

2. システム環境設定やデータ登録作業の指揮および進捗管理

3. 海外のチームとのデータ収集運用におけるプロジェクト管理やメールでのやり取り

4. 同部門所属在宅スタッフ・アルバイトスタッフの業務指導・育成

※各業務では、GfK独自のアプリケーションを用います。

Qualifications

必須要件

1. 工程管理、品質管理、検査業務のいずれかの経験または強い興味があること（業界不問）

2. データベースを利用した実務経験・または基本的な知識

3. Microsoft Excelを使ったデータ処理スキル（グラフ作成、ピボットテーブルレポート、各種関数など）

4. 日本語はネイティブまたはビジネスレベル、英語でのメール対応ができる（Reading・Writingが主、TOEIC600点相当以上）

5. 日本国内企業での3年以上の勤務経験

6. 細かい作業も厭わず、コツコツ取り組むことができる

あれば望ましいスキル・経験

1. システム運用の改善・効率化の経験(運用者側でも、設計/開発側でも可)

2. VBAでのツール作成(マクロを自作/他の人の作成したマクロ修正)、SQLでのデータ検索・操作が可能であること

3. コミュニケーション能力が高く、国内外を問わず関係者と主体的に連携できること

4. 大小問わず、プロジェクトもしくはチームにおいてリーダー経験があること

5. 家電を中心とした取り扱い商材に対する知識または興味・関心（業界経験あれば尚可)
