業務内容:
- 本ポジションでは、社内外のステークホルダーと連携しながら課題を理解し、データサイエンス・機械学習技術を活用したソリューションを設計・実装することが求められます。主にPython を用いた開発を行い、 AWS / Azure などのクラウド環境を活用したデプロイ・運用を行い、LLM（大規模言語モデル）などの最新技術も積極的に取り入れていきます
- プロダクト開発チームとの連携も多いため、機械学習エンジニアとしてモデル構築の業務だけでなくソフトウェア開発の業務にも関わることが可能です
- また、他分野のチーム(自然言語処理/最適化/画像)と連携する機会が多くマルチモーダル対応を実現しています。
詳細な業務内容:
- クライアント向けのプロジェクトワークが主な業務となります。プロジェクトの規模は大小ありますが、ビジネスメンバーと共に顧客理解を行い、技術的な取り組みについて計画を立てて実行しています
- 技術はデータサイエンス/機械学習に関わることですが、ソフトウェア開発や運用について知見やご興味があれば関わっていただく予定です
- 顧客理解は先方が持っているデータを確認することも含まれますが、今後のデータ取得のあり方について提案を求められることもあります
- どのようにデータを扱うかについて案件ごとに適切なものを考え、顧客やビジネスメンバーなど関係者と擦り合わせながらプロジェクトの目的達成に向けてエンジニアリングを行います
- エンジニアリングではOSSやクラウドなどの外部サービス、社内で開発されたものを使って効率的に行うことが求められます
- また運用を意識した技術選定と開発が望ましいですが、運用時の要件が定まっていない場合はできる範囲で固めていきます
- プロジェクトワーク以外の業務では、社内の技術資産蓄積やプロダクトの開発に従事することもあります

Job Description:
- In this position, you will be required to understand issues while working with internal and external stakeholders, and to design and implement solutions that utilize data science and machine learning technology. Development will mainly be done using Python, deployment and operation will be performed using cloud environments such as AWS / Azure, and the latest technologies such as LLM (large-scale language model) will be actively adopted
- Since there is a lot of collaboration with the product development team, as a machine learning engineer, you will be involved not only in model construction work but also in software development work
- In addition, there are many opportunities to collaborate with teams in other fields (natural language processing / optimization / image) to achieve multi-modal support
Detailed Job Description:
- The main job will be project work for clients. The scale of the projects can be large or small, but we will work with business members to understand the customer, plan and execute technical initiatives
- The technology will be related to data science / machine learning, but if you have knowledge or interest in software development and operation, we will be involved
- Understanding the customer also includes checking the data that the other party has, but you may also be asked to make proposals on how to acquire data in the future
- You will consider the appropriate way to handle data for each project, and work with stakeholders such as customers and business members to carry out engineering to achieve the project's goals
- Engineering is required to be done efficiently using external services such as OSS and the cloud, as well as in-house developed products
- It is also desirable to select and develop technology with operations in mind, but if operational requirements have not been determined, you will solidify them to the extent possible
- Outside of project work, you may also be involved in accumulating internal technological assets and developing products.

- AI optimizes transactions with multiple electricity markets based on supply and demand and prices. Optimization of power generation plans at hydroelectric power plants using AI. Breast cancer observation research using wearable devices. Joint development of dietary management AI services
Requirements
必須:
- データサイエンスを用いた開発業務経験
- AWSやAzureなどのクラウドサービスを用いたシステムの開発経験
- GitHubを利用したチーム開発経験
- ビジネスレベル以上の日本語能力

Required:
- Experience in development work using data science
- Experience developing systems using cloud services such as AWS and Azure
- Experience in team development using GitHub
- Business level or higher Japanese language ability
Preferred:
- Experience leading other members as a tech lead
- Experience related to "Responsible AI"
- Experience related to demand forecasting, recommendation systems, and numerical simulations
- Wide knowledge and understanding of machine learning, Bayesian modeling, and statistical causal inference
- Experience presenting at academic conferences and writing papers
- Experience as a researcher
