Position: Data Entry Clerk Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining our data management system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data processing. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and verifying information in our databases and spreadsheets. Responsibilities:

Enter and update data in the database accurately and efficiently.
Verify the accuracy of data before inputting it into the system.
Maintain and organize physical and electronic files.
Assist with data cleansing and identifying discrepancies in data sets.
Generate reports based on the data input and provide insights as needed.
Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process improvement.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
Proven experience in data entry or similar administrative role.
Excellent typing skills with a high degree of accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and data entry software.
Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors in data.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
