Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Remote Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk. This role is ideal for someone beginning their career and seeking the flexibility of a remote work environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining various types of data within our digital systems. Your attention to detail will help ensure the accuracy, integrity, and availability of our data—supporting smooth operations and informed decision-making across the organization.

This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while being part of a collaborative, digitally connected team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accurately enter data from a variety of sources (e.g., forms, spreadsheets, documents, images, audio files) into designated databases and software systems.

2. Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.

3. Uphold data integrity and confidentiality in line with company policies and data protection regulations.

4. Systematically organize and maintain digital files and records for easy access and reference.

5. Conduct routine data quality checks and participate in data cleaning initiatives as needed.

6. Produce basic data reports or summaries upon request.

7. Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors through digital channels (e.g., email, messaging platforms, video calls).

8. Effectively prioritize tasks and manage time to meet project deadlines.

9. Strictly adhere to established data entry processes and procedures.

10. Provide support with general administrative duties as required.

11. Identify and troubleshoot basic data entry or system-related issues, escalating more complex problems when necessary.
