Data Entry Administrator Location Toronto, ON M9N 3X3 : Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Administrator to accurately input, update, and maintain company data for our Payroll Department. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle large volumes of data efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
Enter, verify, and update data in company databases and systems.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all entered information.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data.
Generate and organize reports as needed.
Assist with administrative tasks and data management projects.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in data entry or a related role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
Strong typing speed and accuracy.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
