Role: Data Center & Lab Administrator

Location: Plano, TX

We are seeking an experienced Data Center & Lab Administrator with strong expertise in Linux, virtualization, networking, and infrastructure management . The ideal candidate will be responsible for server deployment, hardware troubleshooting, lab administration, and asset management .

• Rack, build, cable, configure, and provision Intel and AMD servers .
• Deploy, cable, and configure Cisco Layer 2 networking equipment .
• Troubleshoot, test, and perform quality assurance on server hardware .
• Manage lab administration tasks , including GitLab ticket handling and hands-on lab activities.
• Oversee asset management and data center operations .

• Operating System Installation Windows Server, Linux, Unix.
• Strong knowledge of data centers, virtualization, networking, GPUs/CPUs, and scripting .
• Hands-on Linux system administration experience.
• Expertise in cabling, port mapping, and understanding various cable types .
• Basic to advanced hardware troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with RAID levels, web servers, and database installations is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a team-oriented mindset.

• Strong multi-stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Effective executive communication and ability to navigate potential roadblocks .
• Works across teams to quickly resolve infrastructure and testing issues .
