As we grow, we’re looking for a Customer Service Representative (Outreach & Engagement) to join our team and be a powerful voice for change.
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in community outreach by engaging directly with the public at live events. You'll represent impactful nonprofit campaigns, communicate purpose-driven messages, and help foster genuine connections with supporters.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent nonprofit and advocacy campaigns at live outreach events.
Share mission-driven messages with empathy, clarity, and enthusiasm.
Build lasting relationships with donors, supporters, and community members.
Collaborate with outreach teams to enhance visibility and impact.
Serve as a professional and authentic representative for social causes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
