The Role
1. Lead the daily order processing and delivery processes for medical consumables through direction to temporary staffs.
2. Update/modify order processes related to order processing and delivery processes based on new requirements.
3. Investigate discrepancies when price mismatches are detected, ensuring alignment with the approved discounted prices registered in SAP.
4. Issue credit/debit memos and/or withdrawal requests as required to maintain accurate financial records.
5. Hire, educate, and train temporary staffs to ensure stable operations.
6. Leverage IT tools to support the optimization and digitization of business processes.
Your Skills
・3+ years of order management experience
・Experience in business process development (planning, modification/improvement, directing, etc.)
