Job Description

Responsibilities:
-Initially work in customer support; after 1–2 years, transition to marketing, product development, or business development.

-Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat (approx. 60 emails and 10 chats per day)

-Handle questions regarding address changes, device compatibility, network speed, and return methods.

-Translate order details into Japanese and manage shipping procedures.

-Package and ship products.

-Propose and implement improvements for customer acquisition and retention. Required:
Business-level English proficiency (approx. TOEIC 700)
Japanese level N2 or higher required.

Preferred:
Experience in hotels, airlines, or customer support.
Experience in the telecommunications industry.
Study abroad or overseas work experience.
Experience working with multinational teams.
