求められる経験
■Requirements
・Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, business administration).
・Minimum of 5 years of experience in a CRM role within the fashion or luxury retail industry.
・Proven ability to extract, analyze, and interpret customer data to inform strategic decisions.
・Experience developing and executing successful CRM campaigns across multiple channels.
・Experience with email marketing tools and segmentation.
・Strong proficiency in Japanese and English.
・Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
