Location: Local to Fargo-Moorhead, North Dakota or Minneapolis, MinnesotaJob Type: W2 ContractCompensation Range: $45-50/hourCella is seeking a talented Creative Project Manager to join our internal creative studio at our client, a leader in construction and landscaping machinery and equipment.The Creative Project Manager is a mid-level role supporting the timely and efficient delivery of creative marketing initiatives for enterprise and category product launches. This person will leverage previous experience managing large volumes of creative deliverables towards new product launches and other initiatives. The Creative Project Manager will work closely alongside other Project Managers, marketing and creative leaders to help the studio team hit targets and deliver impactful work that moves the business. Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain detailed project plans for new omnichannel product launches and other studio initiatives.
Collaborate with other Project Managers and internal clients to define project scopes, objectives, and solutions.
Manage the execution of project tasks, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and product development, to define resource needs, assign tasks, and maintain balanced workloads.
Track and report on project progress, proactively identifying and mitigating project risks to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
Organize and manage a high volume of assets and tactics, ensuring that all project deliverables meet quality standards and brand guidelines.
Own project creation and data integrity within the project management system (Monday.com, ensuring accurate tracking of progress and resources.
Lead project-related meetings, setting agendas, documenting decisions, and managing follow-ups.
Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
Implement and maintain efficient project workflows and operational best practices to enhance team productivity.
Monitor project budgets to ensure adherence to budget constraints and manage scope changes as needed.
Provide regular and proactive project status updates to stakeholders and management, managing expectations and ensuring clear communication.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across teams.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
2-3+ years of experience in marketing or creative project management.Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in project management software and tools. (Monday.com, Adobe Workfront, etc.)
Experience managing New Product Launches or similar high-volume projects preferred.
Creative agency experience preferred.
Skills:
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to pivot quickly between priorities.
